To introduce people to hula hooping for fitness and fun, and share in their smiles while they are hooping.
Fitness Hula hooping is the new rage in fitness. It is fun, doesn't feel like a workout, burns calories and you will have a smile on your face doing it. What could be better? My classes are a full cardio workout where you can burn 400-600 calories per hour. My classes allow you to advance at your own pace and are ideal for all fitness levels. You acheive a full body workout not only spinning the hoop around your waist but as a resistance tool to tone the entire body. The classes are fun, go by fast, and you don't even realize you are working out.
My hoops our 38"-41" in diameter and are weighted to be about 1 to 2 pounds. The size and weight of the hoop allows anyone to be able to hoop! Fitness hooping will strenghten your core, back, abdomen, and legs while burning calories. It will also increase cardiovascular endurance, and help with posture and balance. It is a fun activity that you can do alone or in a group. Jam to music or just relax and meditate, you choose your workout!
